Do I need to use the Deluxe Wiring Kit that you also sell? Why can’t I just use the existing wiring?
The wiring which comes with your motorcycle can’t handle the electrical load required for the Stebel Nautilus Compact Motorcycle Air Horn. It is necessary to use heavy-duty wiring and a fuse, in addition to using the relay that comes with the horn. Otherwise you will damage your existing wiring and horn button. The Deluxe Wiring Kit contains all of the heavy-duty wiring components you'll need to install the horn, and saves you a trip to the local hardware store.
Will the Chrome Stebel Nautilus Air Horn work with my motorcycle?
Yes. This versatile horn can be wired with any motorcycle. To determine how the Chrome Stebel Nautilus Compact Motorcycle Air Horn will fit your motorcycle find a location where:
1) There is enough space to fit the 4.5" x 4.75" x 3.25" air horn.
2) The air cylinder of the horn must be mounted vertically, with no more than a 15 degree variance from vertical.
3) The air intake tube faces towards the back of the motorcycle, or it may be routed there with a small plastic tube. Depending on your specific make and model of motorcycle, mounting the horn may require additional fasteners, or brackets which can be easily fabricated from aluminum or stainless-steel.

Is there a time delay between the time I press my horn button and when the Stebel Nautilus actually honks, as is with many air horns?
No. That is one of the advantages to this air horn over other air horns on the market. There is no time delay because the high air flow compressor blows air directly through the horn itself. Most other air horns have to pressurize a separate air tank to have enough air flow, and that will cause a life-threatening delay.
Will the Chrome Stebel Nautilus Air Horn fit inside the stock horn cover that comes with Harleys ®?
No. This horn is too large to fit inside the stock horn cover that comes with Harleys ®, however you can purchase the Mini Beast Motorcycle Air Horn for Harley-Davidson ® which is designed to easily replace the stock horn and horn cover that comes with many Harleys ®, and contains the Chrome Stebel Nautilus Compact Motorcycle Air Horn.
If I buy the Chrome Stebel Nautilus and have difficulty installing it because of its size, may I return it?
Absolutely. Just make sure the horn is not damaged and all of the parts and wiring components are included when you return the horn.
